Daren has been married to Lisa, our Children's Minister, for over 30 years and has ministered with BCC since 1997. Daren and Lisa have two beautiful daughters, Brittany and Madison, who are married to a couple of great guys, Josh and Kyle. Both are serving in church ministries, as well. For Daren, this is his greatest success in ministry!
When asked what his dream is for BCC, Daren answered, "One thing I love is to dream and to envision what is possible if only God will show up. I believe the church is the place/people God uses to show the world just how much He loves them. Nothing is more exciting to me than to see people find Jesus and grow to become more like Him. The world needs to see more of Jesus in His church!"

Lisa is married to our Lead Pastor, Daren, and oversees our children's ministries birth through fourth grade. Lisa love for ministry began at an early age. During middle school she had amazing youth leaders who were a great influence on her. Lisa made the decision to go into full-time Christian service in Middle School and attended GLCC where she found an interest in missions.
When asked what her dream is for BCC, Lisa answered, "To provide for the community we live in and be the place they go to for answers, hope, healing, salvation and acceptance."

Levi and his wife, Amanda, joined the Bailey team in June of 2022. Levi likes to sing and play the keyboard.

My name is Zach Carlson and this is my wife Aletheia! We have been married for 9 months now, and both attend Grace Christian University! We love to go on many adventures and play different sports! I personally love things like music, disc golf, video games, and basketball.
Most of all, I have a desire for equipping students to not only go out and do "Kingdom Work", but to truly believe in the full Gospel of Jesus Christ as well. I am passionate for students to have a faith that lasts, and a faith that they can stand firmly on.
We are so excited to be joining the BCC Family, and serving alongside all of you!

Mandy has been married to her husband, Rob, for 25 years. They have 2 biological children and 2 adopted children, as well as 2 grandchildren. Mandy and Rob are sponsors for the high school youth group and love working with teens. Mandy also loves working with toddlers in the toddler room, and meeting people while greeting.
